Group Moderator :   Eating Sehri is Sunnah of Prophet and Fasting in Ramzan is Farz.If someone misses the Sunnah of eating Sehri due to his/her own negligence, there's no excuse to leave Farz Roza for it.If someone wakes up late and misses Sehri, he/she will continue to keep fast. Missing a Sunnah is never an excuse to leave a Farz. Narrated Abu Huraira (R.A) Muhammad (S.A.W) said: He who leaves one Roza of Ramadan without any genuine excuse or illness, he can never get the reward of that one Farz Roza, no matter he/she keeps fasting all life (Abu Daood - Tirmizi) [ - 2011-08-08 22:40:29]
